All We Need is Love
Season Two - Episode 23
"We have the energy to impact everyone a round us in a positive way. Pray like it depends on God and work like it depends on you.” – Janice Perkins
In this episode, Holly & Kristin talk with Janice about:
- Raised by parents who instilled a sense of responsibility that we take care of others and invite them to our table
- Chronic illness in her 30s focused her on what is important in life and how to live a life of impact and purpose
- Busy stuff that takes up our time and takes us away from leading with intention
- Being able to say no is so important
Key Takeaways
- Have habits of gratitude
- Dip into the well of hope on days that are dark - create good habits to keep our well of hope filled and surround ourselves with others that help us to do so
- We are wired as women to be in packs like lionesses and we get more fierce the tighter we are - surround yourself with other women who support you
